Our cut off time for same day dispatch is 8am meaning in most cases, any order received after 8am will be dispatched the following working day. Timber furniture is made to order with a 12-14 week production lead time (this excludes basins, wastes & timber samples).

Our goal is to dispatch every order received within 24 hours of receipt of the order however in some circumstances this may extend to 48 hours due to peak seasons/ periods.
